Guam residence

Dec. 5 00:30

romeogfx says
The former residence of a prominent local Dentist: the late Dr. Rex Labalan. Commissioned by his wife after he fell ill and went to PI for medical attention, she had hoped to surprise him with an entirely new look for their Perezville home. Unfortunately, Dr. Labalan never returned to Guam from Manila.

The photo above shows the home nearly five years after I painted this mural - the new tenants wanted to open up the front of the house, but took care to preserve as much of the original painting as possible. It was nice to see that and then find this foto on someone's page. Artists like compliments like this the best.
This mural was entitled Bambu y Guineo (bamboo and banana, re: to the palm)

wow, i'm surprised, it's my first time received such a long comment,,i'm glad that my photo means something to others, especially from the person who did the job.

it is obvisous they must be in love very much...too bad he didn't see the house in person...i wish someday someone would make me a special house(maybe this is a silly dream)
i have a question, are those house roof in guam so flat?

when i go traveling, i love to see the original creation from locals,
watching mcdonal's signage is not very surprising...
